Skill-Focused Therapy
With the primary use of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, I aim to help you develop practical coping skills to manage your emotions, improve your relationships, and tolerate distressing situations. I’ll support you in using specific strategies to respond to difficult situations more effectively, through skill building and mindfulness.
Inner Child Work
Utilizing Internal Family Systems as the primary modality, together with a psychodynamic approach and an empathetic and safe space, I will help you hear and address your inner child and explore the different parts of self, and how that is impacting you today, in your everyday life.
